An improvised tasty treat

This may be a shameless self plug but my good buddy and performing pal Keith Mackenzie is disappearing overseas for a short while so we are inviting you all to a send-off improvised comedy theatre jam! Sunday the 10th of August sees Keith Mackenzie, Mark Scott and myself take to the stage at K'Rd's Thirsty Dog (469 K'rd). We will be stretching our mental, verbal, physical and maybe even meta-physical abilities to bring you one amazing evening of improvised insanity.

Off The Cuff is a sporadically occurring improvised jam show which Keith and I started last year just before chirstmas. The show, Off The Cuff, features a different format, different performers and of course a completely different show every time we put it on. Previously Off The Cuff has had larger jam casts, but this time around we wanted to try something a little more risky and scary - so there will just be the three of us there. You can expect scenes, games, pains, and laughs galore as the night plays out.

This show only pops up once every blue moon, and we have had wonderful feedback every time we have put it on. The other good thing about the show is that it is very affordable (only $10!), so if you haven't been out to see some of Auckland improvised comedy scene yet, then now is your chance to do it, and have cash left over to buy a pint after.

If you are wondering why you haven't heard about this earlier it's because the show was created in a very 'off the cuff' fashion just for you, this means we'd love your help in getting the word out there, so if you are reading this please forward it to anyone you think would enjoy an affordable evening of improvised mayhem.
