Quite apart from his busy work as Makeshift’s editor and being a starving artist in his own right, our very own EDMO! has recently taken part in the Metonymy08 project.
And what is that, you ask? As well you may. Basically Metonymy is a collaborative art project that pairs-up artists from different disciplines and encourages them to work together to produce new work. And now that work has been done (and is, by all accounts, awesome) and they’re going to show it off in an exhibition at Cross Street Studios, K’Rd.

The exhibition opens at 6pm, Wednesday 14th of May and runs until the 24th. You should all head along and check it out, we certainly will be. For those works which don’t sit too well on a wall (Metonymy is intentionally multi-disciplinary, and it’s hard to hang dance or performance poetry on a picture hook) they’re having a Performance Event on Wednesday 21st of May, again at Cross St Studios.
