Following the grand tradition of nepotism and self-promotion here, I thought I would make a brief note about edmocentral.com. EDMO! is an Auckland-based graphic artist and cartoonist who has been a regular contributor to Makeshift since we began. And now he has a website!

One of Makeshift's regular artists, thisisrabbit, has just launched his newly designed website over at www.thisisrabbit.com. You might know thisisrabbit from his first group exhibition last year with Jake Hope and EDMO!

We have finally transitioned from our old tiny server to a chunky big one. You may have noticed that images were disappearing and the site as a whole was becoming progressively more and more buggy – well say goodbye to all that junk and hello to our jazzy new digs. This means that we can begin to do more with the site and try new things to get you all excited.

We know it has been a while coming but here it is. The Makeshift website. Hopefully we will answer some of your questions about Makeshift within this site.
