Makeshift's resident cupcake girl, Jess, has just posted her latest radio show online for your listening pleasure on the fantastic and whimsical Jam Radio, an internet radio station choc full of various shows ripe for the listening. Jess's show, Mmm...Frosted!

This past Saturday night saw the return of my occasional binge drinking habit, but more importantly it peeked its head out in celebration of the Einstein Music Journal launch party at Whammy Bar in Auckland. EMJ is the super team of one Sarah Gooding and one Nick Fulton. And here we have a case of one and one making three.

I was listening to James Brown's "Sex Machine" when it hit me. Listening to James Brown elicits the same feelings in me as listening to Tommy ILL: I'm a little dirtier, a little sexier, and it's alright if I throw up a little from binge drinking. James wants me to party and so does Tommy.

Seems like we should be saying this Sunday morning but, well, we were sleeping in. Could have maybe said it Sunday afternoon, or any time Monday, but to be honest it was a pretty big sleep in.
So we're saying it now, bleary-eyed and restful – how cool was "Nature vs. Man" on Saturday?!
